Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and proper documentation (GRN, issue slips, stock registers, etc.).
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safe storage of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts for smooth material flow.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and update management on shortages.
- Keep track of inward/outward material movement and ensure timely entries in ERP/excel.
- Assist in vendor material return and scrap handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Support annual and monthly audits.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of store management and inventory control.
- Ability to maintain documentation and stock records.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory software (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in store or inventory management (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
