Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential C&I clients (factories, warehouses, schools, and hospitals) through direct outreach and networking.
- Client Engagement : Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from initial cold calls and field visits to high-level negotiations with promoters, directors, and plant heads.
- Techno-Commercial Proposals: Conduct site assessments and load analysis to prepare customized solar solutions and ROI models for clients.
- Strategic Closures: Drive order finalization by leading negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and contract execution.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and project execution (EPC) teams to ensure project alignment and smooth delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to manage complex sales cycles.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and mounting structures.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office for pipeline tracking and professional proposal preparation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
