We are looking for skilled Finance & Accounting professionals with strong Japanese language proficiency for an exciting opportunity based in Noida.
Location: Noida
Experience: 5+ Years
Budget: ₹12–14 LPA
Key Requirements:
✔ JLPT N1 / N2 Certified (Mandatory)
✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles
✔ Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
✔ Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and Month-end/Year-end closing activities
- Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, customer billing, cash applications, and follow-ups on outstanding balances
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial planning activities
- Coordinate with Japanese clients, stakeholders, and onshore teams for accounting clarifications, reporting requirements, and issue resolution
- Assist in transition, migration, and stabilization of finance processes from Japan or global locations
- Perform journal entries, accruals, provisions, intercompany accounting, and reconciliations in line with accounting standards
Qualification:
- Graduation from a recognized university (Mandatory)
- JLPT N2 Certification is mandatory
- Candidate should be comfortable appearing for client rounds
