Role: Senior Interior Designer
Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Ahmedabad Area
Core Responsibilities:
1. Design Leadership & Concept
- Lead interior projects from initial narrative concept through to final handover.
- Design functional space plans, layouts, and design creative solutions.
- Curate, select, and specify all furniture, fixtures & Equipment, material palettes, and finishes.
- Build and deliver compelling client presentations and material boards.
2. Technical Execution & Site Coordination
- Create and review comprehensive construction drawings, details, and schedules.
- Coordinate directly with architects, specialized consultants, and MEP contractors.
- Conduct site visits to audit quality, resolve on-site issues, and ensure design compliance.
3. Project & Team Management
- Act as the primary design contact for clients, managing expectations and feedback.
- Keep multiple projects on track, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-standard studio culture.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant field.
- Experience: (3–10 years) of proven experience handling premium residential or commercial interiors from concept to execution.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, any rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, or 3Ds Max) (Revit, ArchiCAD, or Rhino is a plus).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and MEP coordination.
- Key Attributes: Excellent multitasker, a sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and proficient communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
