Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end Human Resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, payroll coordination, HR compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Intern, Executive, and Senior-level positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, placement partners, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Internship Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience Letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation with complete accuracy.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and statutory information with the Accounts team.
- Handle employee confirmations, probation reviews, and exit formalities.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and HR-related concerns professionally.
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and training programs.
- Coordinate with colleges, placement cells, consultants, and external recruitment partners for hiring requirements.
- Manage employee referral programs and internship hiring initiatives.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee databases, attendance records, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and labor law requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and company information.
- Support management in HR initiatives, performance management, and organizational development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and labor law basics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email Communication, and HRMS/CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
