Job Description
The Head – HR & Administration will be responsible for leading the organisation's human resources strategy and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires a senior HR professional with strong expertise in HR operations, compliance, talent management, and administration, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Leadership
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
- Lead manpower planning for projects, site offices, and corporate functions.
- Establish and drive performance appraisal systems and career progression frameworks.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management and department heads.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead hiring for corporate, site, and project-based roles.
- Build strong recruitment pipelines for engineering, sales, finance, and support functions.
- Manage external consultants and vendors for staffing needs.
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (Factories Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and exit processes.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and statutory documentation.
- Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing, compensation structuring, incentives, and statutory benefits.
- Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and support annual appraisal cycles.
- Administration & Facilities
- Head all administrative functions including office management, facilities, transport, security, and vendor management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of corporate and site offices.
- Manage administrative budgets and optimize operational costs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 12–18+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong exposure to real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proven ability to work closely with promoters and senior leadership.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
