Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and driven Co-Founder to join the leadership team of Crank Energy Shot. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, building the go-to-market strategy, managing operations, and driving exponential growth. This role is ideal for someone with a start-up mindset, entrepreneurial energy, and solid experience in FMCG or beverage sectors. You’ll act not just as a business builder, but as a brand visionary and growth catalyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-own the vision, strategy, and execution of the Crank brand (Crank Energy Shot.in) alongside founding members.
- Lead brand development, marketing, sales channels, and go-to-market plans.
- Identify and manage vendors for product development, packaging, supply chain, and logistics.
- Build distribution partnerships across retail, D2C, online marketplaces, gyms, and institutions.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement.
- Oversee compliance, food safety, FSSAI approvals, and shelf-life strategies.
- Monitor P&L, cash flow, and ensure operational efficiency across the business lifecycle.
- Collaborate with digital, creative, and e-commerce teams to scale the brand presence.
- Represent Crank at investor pitches, networking events, and trade shows.
- Play an active role in fundraising and investor management if required.

Skills & Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG, beverage, or startup environments
- Deep knowledge of supply chain, marketing, or business operations
- Familiarity with retail and digital sales models (D2C, Amazon, Quick Commerce, etc.)
- Experience working with vendors, distributors, manufacturers, and agencies
- Knowledge of food and beverage compliance norms (FSSAI, labeling, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is a plus
