Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, client acquisition, team handling, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to improve performance.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and management teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage).
