Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retail chains, distributors, and wholesale partners.
- Network Expansion: Leverage and expand established professional relationships with key retail chains, specifically Dmart, Reliance Retail, and major Quick Commerce players.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional terms with key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and account managers.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to optimize account performance.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate (BBA/MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, specifically within the food and grocery sector (Atta or Namkeen experience is a plus).
- Critical Requirement: A proven track record of product listing in these channels is mandatory.
- Deep market knowledge of the FMCG/Food & Grocery industry.
- Proven ability in handling large-scale key accounts and distributor relationships.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Superior negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and modern sales reporting tools.
- Customer-centric approach with advanced problem-solving capabilities
Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
