Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic System Administrator to manage our organization's end-user IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in laptop/desktop administration, hardware troubleshooting, and user support. A willingness to learn and manage Microsoft Office 365 administration is essential.Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS laptops/desktops.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Provide technical support to end users (onsite and remote).
- Manage laptop inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle management.
- Install and configure business applications and required software.
- Handle operating system installation, upgrades, and patch management.
- Diagnose and resolve networking issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, printers).
- Coordinate with hardware vendors for warranty claims and repairs.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by preparing and recovering IT assets.
- Learn and assist in Microsoft Office 365 administration, including:
- User account creation and management
- Password resets
- License assignment
- Basic Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint support
- Follow IT security policies and ensure endpoint compliance.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
- Basic knowledge of macOS is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting laptop and desktop hardware issues.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with Active Directory is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and resolve support tickets efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 or Office 365 administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or endpoint management.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell) is a plus.
- Experience with IT asset management tools or ticketing systems (Jira, Freshservice, ServiceNow, etc.).
