Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our two-wheeler sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, dealership sales experience, and the ability to drive retail growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves managing the sales team, achieving monthly targets, monitoring showroom activities, and improving conversion rates from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the showroom sales team.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from enquiry to booking and delivery.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalations effectively.
- Conduct daily sales reviews and performance tracking.
- Increase finance, insurance, exchange, and accessory sales.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records through CRM and dealership systems.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and dealership operations.
- Ability to work under targets and deliver results consistently.
