About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, responsible, and well-organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, government project coordination, tender management, and administrative activities. Candidates having experience in handling government processes, GeM, e-tendering, and official documentation will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- B.Tech / M.Tech preferred (An engineering background is not mandatory but will be an added advantage)
Essential Skills
- Excellent spoken Hindi
- Working knowledge of spoken and written English (preferred)
- Hindi and English typing with good speed
- Proficiency in Kruti Dev Hindi typing (Mandatory)
- Good drafting and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and processing GeM and e-Tender submissions
- Preparation and uploading of technical and financial bid documents
- Coordination with Government Departments and Officials
- Preparation of note sheets, office correspondence, reports, and Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)
- Managing official records and documentation
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings with senior Government officials
- Following up on project-related activities and compliance requirements
- Supporting administrative and operational functions of the organization
Desired Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience working with Government projects, Government departments, PSU projects, tendering, or related administrative functions
- Experience in GeM Portal operations and e-procurement systems
- Familiarity with Government procedures, file movement, and official correspondence
Other Requirements
- Must be a resident of Lucknow
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Professional conduct and attention to detail
