- Greet customers warmly as they enter and introduce them to our helmet sanitisation service
- Explain the sanitisation process clearly — how it works, how long it takes, and why it matters for hygiene and safety
- Guide customers through service options and pricing, and recommend the most suitable package
- Operate the helmet sanitisation machine safely according to set procedures
- Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Keep the work area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Answer customer questions, handle minor complaints professionally, and escalate issues when needed
- Meet daily/weekly service targets and contribute to upselling additional products or packages
- Carry out basic maintenance checks on the machine and report any faults promptly
Maintain stock of sanitisation supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
