Position: HVAC Purchase Executive
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in HVAC Procurement/Purchase
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for HVAC projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing HVAC materials, vendor management, purchase order processing, cost negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure HVAC materials, equipment, and accessories as per project requirements.
- Source and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for HVAC products.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers.
- Coordinate with project, design, and site teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain procurement records.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor databases.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documentation.
- Track market trends, pricing, and availability of HVAC products.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC materials, equipment, and accessories.
- Experience in procurement, vendor development, and supplier negotiations.
- Good understanding of VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ducting, Copper Piping, Insulation, and HVAC accessories.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and project requirements simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in HVAC contracting or MEP industry preferred.

- Strong vendor network in the HVAC industry.
- Good analytical and cost-control skills.
