The primary responsibilities of the Purchaser and Analyst are to execute operational purchasing activities for 3rd Party suppliers (Strategic Alliance Partners) of direct, finished goods. Support Strategic Sourcing Leads and Category Manager(s) in achieving significant cost reductions in their categories. Develop analytics and excellence strategies that seek service improvements. Work directly with stakeholders to develop optimization strategies and improvement execution plans

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)
- Issue Purchase Orders and Buy Plans for Strategic Alliance (SA) Partners
- Assure Purchase Orders are confirmed by the SA Partners, within the agreed time frames, and as requested
- Upload confirmations into the ERP and collect justifications in case of discrepancies
- Work with SA Partners to ensure order books match on both sides
- Review and execute MRP reschedule advice on open orders
- Create return orders
- Maintain Purchasing-specific Master Data elements in the ERP
- Help create and maintain supplier information records
- Help resolve GR-IR discrepancies and release parked invoices
- Support indirect operational activities
- Support execution of Sourcing strategies
- Support measurement and supplier performance tracking
- Support Purchasing data extraction, analytics and reporting
- Develop optimization strategies and provide recommendations on operational processes
- Keep manager informed about progress of the projects and activities
- Maintain pricing, contract and catalog data in respective systems (SAP, SAP ARIBA)
- Create and track cost saving projects in savings tracking system
- Upload contracts into contract management tool and ensure SKUs are categorized
- Prior Purchasing and Analyst experience
- Ability to develop high impact procurement strategies

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or similar
