Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate / Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT Services and/or Software Product marketing.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, customer outreach, digital marketing, and supporting sales growth initiatives.
This role requires someone who can independently identify opportunities, engage prospects, coordinate with technical teams, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Support
- Generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct prospect research and identify decision-makers.
- Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, and networking.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective customers.
- Support proposal creation and follow-up activities.
- Track opportunities and update CRM regularly.
Marketing & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for IT services and software offerings.
- Create and manage content for:
- LinkedIn
- Company website
- Email campaigns
- Case studies
- Blogs
- Improve company visibility and engagement across digital channels.
- Work with technical teams to convert capabilities into marketable messaging.
Account Growth & Customer Engagement
- Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights.
Market Research
- Analyze competitors and identify industry trends.
- Research target industries and ideal customer profiles.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve conversion metrics.
Required SkillsMust Have
- 1–2 years experience in IT Services, SaaS, Cloud Services, Software Products, or Technology Sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
- Ability to prepare presentations and proposals
- Understanding of sales funnel and pipeline management
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Cloud Services (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, etc.)
- Experience with Canva or basic design tools
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- SEO and content marketing knowledge

Compensation
