Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:
- Maintain the comprehensive preventative maintenance(Extracts and Oils) program for all company-owned equipment, including scheduling and execution of routine and annual inspections, and identifying and fixing problems (Extracts and Oils).
- Manage work order requests, developing time estimates, and ensuring timely completion.
- Communicate with employees to ensure they know the status of their equipment.
- Assist with the timely repair of equipment breakdowns, while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain inventory and ordering records.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance manual.
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in maintenance engineering, mechanical engineering, or construction management.
- 3+ years’ experience in building maintenance or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems.
- Ability to professionally supervise maintenance and repair staff.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
