Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Web Developer with at least 6 months of experience to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our company website and web applications to deliver a seamless user experience and support lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update the company website.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web pages.
- Integrate property listings, enquiry forms, and CRM systems.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement landing pages and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure website security, regular backups, and timely updates.
- Test websites across different browsers and devices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in web development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with PHP and MySQL.
- Knowledge of WordPress or Laravel is an advantage.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience working on CRM or real estate websites is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
