- Machine Setup & Operation: Load raw wire coils, adjust multi-station cold formers, and set feed rollers, cutters, and transfer fingers.
- Tooling & Die Management: Align, install, and adjust punches, heading dies, and trim dies according to production blueprints.
- Quality Control: Measure bolt dimensions (shank diameter, head thickness, and thread length) using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose feeding jams, tool wear, or structural defects like cracking or malformed heads during runs.
- Maintenance & Cleanliness: Perform routine daily maintenance, lubricate moving parts, and maintain 5S workplace safety standards.
