About the Role
3Wheels.AI is looking for a Data Procurement Executive to support our data acquisition initiatives by identifying, sourcing, and procuring high-quality datasets. The role involves conducting business meetings with potential partners and data providers, building strong professional relationships, and executing effective procurement strategies. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Mandatory

- Basic understanding of data, operations, or procurement processes is a plus.

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Execute data procurement activities to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality datasets.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement effective strategies for sourcing and procuring relevant datasets.
- Conduct business meetings with data providers, vendors, and stakeholders to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure accurate and efficient data acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with project and business requirements.
- Monitor procurement processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Research and identify potential data providers, vendors, and strategic partners. Negotiate and coordinate with external stakeholders to support cost-effective and timely data procurement.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to procurement activities and vendor interactions.
- Track ongoing procurement requirements and ensure timely follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.

- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Comfortable working in an onsite environment in Lucknow.
