Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate sales, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Update call records and customer details in CRM.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Requirements
- 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
