The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, handling statutory compliance, and supporting the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations regularly.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Handle GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Manage employee reimbursement claims and petty cash transactions.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of supporting documents.
- Use accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or ERP systems for daily accounting activities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
