Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, vet, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and legal notices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Manage corporate legal documentation and statutory records.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Handle litigation matters and monitor court cases.
- Provide legal opinions and risk assessments for business decisions.
- Support labor law, employment law, and commercial law matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries or reports.
- Assist in company secretarial and governance-related activities when required.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
- Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and compliance investigations.
- Coordinate statutory filings, licenses, renewals, and legal audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and record retention as per legal requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
