Purpose
This role plays a critical part in ensuring HVAC systems and cleanroom designs meet stringent regulatory standards and function optimally for pharmaceutical environments. The Draughtsman will contribute to multiple stages of the project, from design to final inspections, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the systems implemented.
Role and Responsibilities
1 Design and Detailing
- Responsible for designing and detailing of Clean room partitions according to project requirements and specifications.
2 Site Visits and Verification
- Conduct site visits to verify actual site conditions and dimensions (civil wall cutout for view panels, doors, column to column dimensions etc.) ensuring accuracy in design implementation.
3 Typical Detail Drawing Preparation
- Prepare typical detail drawings for modular such as wall & ceiling Supports, doors, view panels, crush panels, inbuilt riser with grill, service panels, etc.
4 Drawing Management
- Maintain drawing numbering, templates, revision numbers, and save them in designated folder systems for future reference.
5 BOQ Preparation after approval by client or consultant
- Develop detailed Bill of Quantities in Excel Sheet format based on the final layout.
6 Preparation of As-Built Drawings
- Create accurate as-built drawings reflecting the final state of the clean room as built layout.
7 Elevation Drawings and G.A Drawing
- Generate elevation drawings of clean room partitions.
8 As-Built Drawings Preparation
- Generate As-Built Drawings after final inspection.
9 Preparation of Basic Hvac Drawings
- Airflow & Duct Tagging Drawing.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Draughtsman or Designer in HVAC systems, with specific experience in cleanroom environments, especially within the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills:
Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software. Knowledge of 3D modeling tools and other drafting software is a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹474,850.00 per year
