KL Software Technologies (“KLST”) is looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to strengthen our sales pipeline through proactive lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, and deal progression. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with identifying decision makers, engaging over emails, phone calls, social media and other possible channels, running account-based campaigns and supporting revenue growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute lead generation activities across outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, referrals, partner).
Conduct consistent and professional follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Schedule and coordinate product demos, sales meetings, and presentations with senior stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
Track lead conversion metrics and contribute to weekly/monthly sales reporting.
Represent the organization professionally in all external communications.
Key Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation roles in the USA, EU, or AUS market.
Proven ability to generate and qualify leads and consistently follow up to closure or handover.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and sales funnels.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset.
Experience selling B2B services, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
Willingness to work with global customers and flexible hours if required.
Fluent in verbal and written communication
