Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager – Plastic Injection Moulding for a leading Air Conditioning (AC) Manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in leading a Plastic Injection Moulding Shop manufacturing AC plastic components, with strong expertise in production management, process optimization, and shop floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete Plastic Injection Moulding Shop operations.
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety.
- Supervise injection moulding machines, mould changes, process setting, and machine utilization.
- Plan manpower deployment and monitor shift-wise production activities.
- Drive OEE improvement, cycle time reduction, productivity enhancement, and rejection control.
- Coordinate with Tool Room, Maintenance, Planning, Quality, and Stores for uninterrupted production.
- Conduct new mould trials and optimize moulding processes.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare daily production and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality requirements.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
