- We are looking for a sharp, versatile Manager – Corporate HR & Compliance who can seamlessly bridge talent management with industrial governance. Beyond leading traditional corporate HR operations, you will act as the key anchor for our EHS, ESG, and ESAP compliance frameworks, especially during new project developments and factory expansions.
- Core HR Operations: Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and policy design.
- EHS & Workplace Safety: Partner with plant safety teams to ensure strict Environment, Health, and Safety compliance, regular audits, and alignment with TGPCB/CPCB norms.
- ESG & ESAP Governance: Drive the corporate ESG strategy and track/implement the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) to meet institutional and investor sustainability standards.
- Project Handling: Manage workforce mobilization, licensing, and compliance tracking for greenfield/brownfield plant projects.
- Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations. (Certifications in safety management or sustainability are a major plus).
- Experience: 8–12 years of core HR experience, with at least 3+ years handling EHS/ESG mandates in a manufacturing, process plant, or FMCG environment.
- Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Indian Labor Laws, the Factories Act, State Pollution Control Board clearances, and sustainability reporting frameworks.
- Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, strong crisis-handling abilities, and a project-driven mindset.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
