Job Description
SEO Quartz is hiring an Inside Sales Executive for our Night Shift team. We are looking for a motivated professional with experience in IT Sales, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and LinkedIn Outreach. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with international clients and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and connect with potential clients for IT and Digital Marketing services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales or IT Sales.
- Strong experience in Cold Calling and LinkedIn Outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills
- IT Services Sales experience.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting.
- Email Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
