Utilize leads effectively and maintain a positive conversion rate.

Create brand awareness and a positive brand image among prospective students.

Possess a good understanding of product information and provide effective counseling to handle student queries.

Customize the sales pitch according to customer behavior and requirements.
Required Skills:

Strong analytical skills to handle complex sales situations.

Proficiency in presentation, probing, negotiation, and relationship building.

Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.

Expertise in counseling and selling.
Graduate qualification.

1-6 years of corporate/B2C inside sales/outbound sales experience, with hands-on knowledge of the sales cycle.

Excellent communication, counseling, and selling skills.

Basic knowledge of presenting, promoting, and selling online services.

Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in 2-3 languages. Communication in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages is an added advantage.

Working knowledge of MS Office.

Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

Ability to work well within a sales team.
