Function SummaryRelationship Associate – CBG plays a pivotal role in driving Life Insurance business through Axis Bank’s Commercial Banking Group (CBG) channel. The primary responsibility is to collaborate with Axis Bank’s CBG Managers to generate sales, build long-term customer relationships, and ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires consistent coordination with internal teams, customer servicing, and bank partners to achieve business targets, maintain process adherence, and enhance customer experience.Job Summary The Job holder is a key member of CBG team and responsible for managing the Sales though the Axis Bank CBG Team and will work closely with the CBG team, Customer Servicing and to ensure the timely delivery of high value, compliant high quality services, ensure delivery of business and training of Axis CBG Team. Key Responsibilities•Responsible for meeting sales target through Bank’s CBG Managers and maintaining relationships with their Supervisors, and ensures business targets are achieved.•Working closely with CBG Team and Axis CBG team to drive the LI business.•Overseeing assigned CBG business and Shall adhere to agreed TATs on first customer contact and follow-ups from the date of the lead being registered, govern input activity at branch and zone level.•Train and develop the Affluent CBG team on wide range of Max life product offerings including LI concept, new product launch, Business insurance and latest developments in the financial market•Responsible to increase the bank’s CBG customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch’s customer base, Shall approach him / herself at least 3 new prospects each day•Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programsKey skills required•Relationship Management, •Effective Management of ProcessDesired qualification and experience•Master of Business Administration from a premier business school or equivalent.•3-6 years of experience in Distribution, Channel Management, Prior experience in insurance essential.•Result Orientation, Innovation, Customer Centricity, Problem Solving& Decision Making, Business Acumen
