We are seeking a professional, well-organised, and proactive Receptionist cum Office Administrator to oversee front-office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling customer inquiries, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, supervising pantry and housekeeping requirements, and providing overall support to maintain an efficient and professional workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and attend incoming calls.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments/site visits.
- Handle office correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Manage pantry supplies, stationery, and office inventory.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and cleanliness.
- Assist management with administrative and reporting tasks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
