Job Summary
Sree Gokulam Speed and Safe is seeking a dedicated and responsible Loading Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will assist in the safe handling, loading, unloading, and movement of consignments while ensuring timely dispatch and adherence to company safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading parcels, packages, and consignments safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage during loading and transportation.
- Verify shipment details and ensure the correct items are loaded for dispatch.
- Arrange and stack goods systematically to maximize vehicle space and maintain load stability.
- Support warehouse operations, including sorting, labeling, and organizing consignments.
- Coordinate with hub supervisors, drivers, and warehouse staff for smooth loading operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the loading area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled consignments to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in inventory movement and other logistics-related activities as assigned.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines.
- Physically fit to handle loading and unloading activities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
