We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative for furniture sales. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and warranty details.
- Follow up with walk-in customers and leads regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper showroom display and product presentation.
- Coordinate with delivery and service teams for smooth customer support.
- Generate quotations and assist in billing processes.
- Maintain customer database and update sales records.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer handling.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Experience in furniture or retail sales is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree / Higher Secondary.
