We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Production Engineers to join our Aluminium System Windows & Doors manufacturing facility in Pthencruz, Kochi. This opportunity is ideal for fresh Diploma and Degree graduates who are keen to build a long-term career in manufacturing and operations.
The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive hands-on training and will be expected to learn the complete production process, product range, aluminium systems, hardware components, quality standards, and operational procedures. During the initial six-month probation period, candidates will rotate through various departments to gain practical exposure and develop a thorough understanding of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the complete manufacturing process of aluminium system windows and doors.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of products, profiles, hardware, accessories, glass specifications, and system configurations.
- Participate in hands-on training across production, quality control, planning, stores, procurement, and dispatch functions.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
- Support production scheduling and ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
- Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure material availability.
- Support implementation of safety procedures and workplace best practices.
- Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
Training & Probation
- Probation Period: 6 Months
- Candidates will undergo structured training covering:
- Product knowledge
- Aluminium systems and hardware
- Production processes and fabrication techniques
- Quality control procedures
- Inventory and material management
- Production planning and coordination
- Workplace safety and operational standards
- Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate technical competency, product understanding, and operational readiness during the probation period.
