Key Account Executive (KAM) – Logistics
About the Role
Premier Road Carriers Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Account Executive to strengthen client relationships and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing key accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key customers.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate closely with operations and support teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve service-related concerns, and manage escalations professionally.
- Track shipment movements and provide proactive updates to customers.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction, service quality, and account retention.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Key Account Management.
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and relationship management abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Important Information
The maximum salary budget for this position is ₹35,000 per month. Candidates with salary expectations exceeding ₹35,000 are requested not to apply, as such applications will not be considered.
