Production Manager
We are looking for a strong, experienced and result-oriented Production Manager who can independently manage the complete production process, lead the production team and ensure timely achievement of production and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and monitor daily production activities as per production targets.
- Lead and supervise the production team and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timeline.
- Monitor production quality, productivity and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchase, Maintenance, Quality, Dispatch and other departments.
- Ensure availability of required raw materials and resources for smooth production.
- Identify production delays, bottlenecks and process issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain daily production reports, MIS and performance records.
- Monitor manpower attendance, discipline, productivity and work allocation.
- Ensure compliance with production processes, SOPs, safety and housekeeping standards.
- Reduce material wastage and improve overall production efficiency.
- Train and guide production staff wherever required.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding production status, issues and achievements.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years in Production / Manufacturing.
- Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Should be hardworking, disciplined, practical and result-oriented.
- Must have hands-on experience in managing factory production operations.
- Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle production pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, production reports and MIS.
- Manufacturing/factory experience will be preferred.
- Should be capable of taking ownership of production operations independently.
