About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager with a strong background in the saree industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales skills, team management abilities, and sound knowledge of MS Office. The role involves managing day-to-day store operations, driving sales, supervising staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting sarees and ethnic wear based on their preferences and requirements.
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and stock audits.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements and customer demand.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure proper billing, order processing, and record maintenance.
- Train and guide store staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Store Manager or Senior Sales Executive in the saree or ethnic wear industry.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling and managing a retail sales team.
- Good knowledge of sarees, fabrics, designs, and current market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a saree showroom, ethnic wear boutique, or wholesale saree business.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Self-motivated and capable of handling store operations independently.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Pay: ₹12,068.92 - ₹20,000.00 per month
