Job Title: Sales Head – Aesthetic & Wellness Industry
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Head with a proven track record of success in direct sales within the Aesthetic & Wellness industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about achieving targets, maximizing revenue, and leading high-performing sales teams. Experience in selling skin treatments, laser procedures, hair & acne solutions, beauty services, and ayurvedic therapies is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Sales Funnel: From lead generation to deal closure and post-sale upselling.
- Target Achievement: Drive revenue from services, packages, memberships, and product sales by exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
- Client Handling: Manage walk-ins, conduct consultations, and convert inquiries into high-ticket sales.
- Field & Center Support: Work closely with Clinic Managers and staff to ensure optimal front-desk sales performance.
- Lead Management: Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and train front-line sales executives across clinics to improve conversions and customer experience.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed MIS reports, track KPIs, and present performance reviews to management.
- Customer Retention: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with marketing and operations teams to run promotional offers and in-clinic activations.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings and suggest pricing strategies and service enhancements.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Experience:
- Sales / Business Development: 3–5 years (Preferred)
- Industry-Specific Sales: Strongly Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
