Job Description:
IosAndWeb Technologies is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at our Zirakpur office. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring clear communication of requirements, proper project documentation, and smooth project execution. The candidate should also be capable of handling quality checks and assisting in project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements clearly
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and project specifications
- Communicate project requirements to the development and design teams
- Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates
- Assist in project planning, task allocation, and progress tracking
- Perform quality analysis and testing of projects before delivery
- Identify bugs, issues, or inconsistencies and report them to the development team
- Ensure that deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and meeting notes
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Quality Analyst, or Project Coordinator in an IT company
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
- Knowledge of manual testing, bug reporting, and quality assurance processes
- Ability to manage project communication between clients and internal teams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar tools
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Work From Office – Zirakpur
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
