We are seeking a skilled US IT recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals for various client requirements across the United States. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Understanding of the US IT sector, including various IT roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and attract top IT talent through job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch), social media (Facebook and LinkedIn), referrals, and networking.
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job orders simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience
- 2-6 years of experience in US IT recruiting (e.g., full-time, contract, W2 roles).
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of bench sales and account management is a plus.
