Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and improvements into websites, ensuring they remain current and effective. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to align web functionalities with project goals is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
- Maintain and update existing web applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor web applications for issues and implement timely fixes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with server-side programming and database management.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
