Job Title: Inventory Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Manager to oversee and maintain accurate inventory records across our organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong understanding of inventory management processes and a keen eye for data accuracy. This role is critical in ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing shortages or excesses, and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update inventory records daily using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate regular reports on stock status, discrepancies, and trends.
- Develop and implement inventory tracking systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform routine audits and cycle counts to ensure physical stock matches system data.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify slow-moving items, and recommend process improvements.
- Create dashboards and summary reports for management, using formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and collaborative tools within Google Workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience automating reports or processes using Excel macros or Google Apps Script.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
