Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Tendering & Estimation Engineer with expertise in civil engineering estimation, costing, tendering, and EPC projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in repair and rehabilitation of civil engineering structures and possess strong knowledge of industry standards and tendering processes.
Qualifications
- B.E. Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience in Marketing, Estimation, and Tendering within EPC Construction Companies
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in repair and rehabilitation of civil engineering structures/construction projects
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project estimates and cost calculations for civil engineering works
- Analyze item rates and prepare cost sheets for EPC contracts
- Support tender preparation, submission, and documentation
- Review technical specifications and project requirements
- Coordinate with project teams for estimation and bidding activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and codes
- Assist in project planning and cost optimization
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in estimation and costing of civil engineering projects
- Knowledge of item rate analysis and EPC contract costing
- Familiarity with latest IRC and IS codes
- Hands-on knowledge of online tendering processes
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and rehabilitation works
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Civil CAD drawings and interpretation
- Ability to review and understand engineering drawings and BOQs
