Etelligens Technologies is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (US Sales) to drive business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a night shift, and have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and international sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, Apollo, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Identify and connect with potential clients in the US market.
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Confidence in handling US-based clients.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development concepts is preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in International Sales, US Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to US market sales processes.
- Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of IT Services, Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI/ML, or Software Solutions.
Pay: ₹11,530.80 - ₹40,918.04 per month
