Civil Supervisor

Reporting To- Project Manager / Site Engineer
Job Purpose
To supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil construction and finishing activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per the project schedule.
- Verify measurements and monitor material usage to minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and site records.
- Report construction issues, delays, and risks to the Project Manager.
Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience
10-12 years of experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate construction projects.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Quality Assurance
Ensure all construction activities comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and company guidelines.
Safety & Compliance
Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate effectively with project engineers, contractors, consultants, procurement teams, and store personnel to ensure uninterrupted project execution and timely availability of resources.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), labour attendance, material consumption records, work measurement sheets, and other site documentation. Submit regular progress updates to the reporting manager.
Working Conditions
Primarily based at construction sites with regular field supervision. May require extended working hours based on project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, construction quality procedures, and modern construction techniques.
- Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple work fronts efficiently.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
