Westin Travel and Forex Pvt. Ltd. is a travel and forex services company specializing in visa assistance, travel services, and foreign exchange solutions. We are an authorized visa agent for Singapore and assist clients with visa applications for Singapore and several other international destinations.
We are expanding our team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Visa Executives.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle visa applications and documentation for Singapore and other countries.
- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, and timelines.
- Verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and process visa applications as per country-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and relevant visa authorities/partners when required.
- Maintain proper records and follow up on pending applications.
- Stay updated on changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, and procedures.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide timely updates.
- Ensure applications are processed accurately and within deadlines.
Who Can Apply?
