Excellent Engineering Enterprises is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), committed to delivering quality safety products across India. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace business.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other online marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Handle product cataloguing, pricing, and inventory management.
- Process and monitor online orders to ensure timely dispatch.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor product performance, sales, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch, Sales, and Accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to increase online revenue.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain seller account health.
- Resolve customer queries, returns, and claims efficiently.
Required Skills
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Product listing and catalogue management experience.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace advertising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
