We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily restaurant operations
* Handle guest relations and customer satisfaction
* Supervise and train restaurant staff
* Maintain service quality and hygiene standards
* Monitor stock and inventory
* Coordinate with kitchen and F&B team
* Achieve sales targets and control costs
* Prepare staff schedules and reports
Requirements
* Previous experience in restaurant/hotel operations
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage team and operations smoothly
* Knowledge in customer service and billing systems
* Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
