Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team at the Sarjapura branch. The candidate will be responsible for managing patient interactions, appointment scheduling, billing support, and ensuring a smooth front-office experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Process billing, payments, and issue receipts.
Maintain front desk reports and daily records.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional.
Follow clinic policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, Customer Service, or Healthcare Administration.
Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
