Experience
2–4 years of manual testing experience on web applications
Night shift availability (IST night / US PST daytime)
Education
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Core Testing Skills
Functional, system, integration, and UAT testing
Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and bug life cycle
Test plan, test case, and test scenario creation from requirements/user stories
Regression testing experience
Exploratory testing
Tools
Jira (bug tracking and defect management) — must have
ZenDesk (familiarity preferred)
Soft Skills
Clear written and verbal communication (defect reporting to cross-functional teams)
Strong attention to detail
Analytical / problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Agile/Scrum environment experience
Basic SQL for data validation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
